Oxford University is looking for two post-doctoral researchers to join a core team working on employment law and algorithmic management as part of a project funded by the European Research Council. The posts are full time and fixed-term for three years, to commence in the autumn of 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter. The first researcher will focus on algorithmic bias and discrimination. For this position we are seeking a researcher with a strong technical background who holds, or is close to completion of, a PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science or a related discipline. The second researcher will focus on data protection at work. For this position we are seeking a post-doctoral researcher with a strong background in data protection and privacy law who holds, or is close to completion of, a PhD or equivalent in Law or a related field.
